We are pleased to accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 days from your original date of purchase.  Any items returned must be new, unused, and unworn, and contain all original packaging, hang tags and accessories.

Your original receipt is required for all refunds, exchanges, and price matches.  Your name and phone number, along with your civic address or email, are required in order to process any returns and exchanges.  Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.

Please note: Our off-site sales are final sale. Also, we do not process returns or exchanges at the RBC 4-pad or the Bedford 4-pad arena stores.
